I just wanted to shout out to the great maintenance team, especially Maria, for all that they do to keep this place so clean and a nice place to live. Maria is so pleasant, and she is always willing to help in anything that is needed. I can put in a maintenance request, and the amazing maintenance staff has completed it within hours. I enjoy living here, and it is nice to come home to a clean building, especially in LA.

I highly recommend this place. I was debating moving here for a few months as my current living situation was set to expire. Christina went above and beyond to be completely transparent, available, and friendly towards me. You don’t get that at many places in LA these days. I’d also like to add a friend of mine has lived in a 2 bedroom in the building for over two years and loves it. They are nice well maintained units on a quiet street right next to a Trader Joe’s and one of the best sushi places (studio sushi). Highly recommend. Go see Christina and make this your new home!

I love where I live. Eric was so helpful. Maria, the custodian is always helping us. We’ve been in different needs around our apartment and she couldn’t be more helpful. It’s beautiful here. They keep everything nice and clean. I love it.

Not only is the building amazing, but Eric at the leasing office was super helpful and attentive. We transferred from another Avalon property and he has made the move seamlessly & easy!!

Thank you Eric Davis, once again, you went above and beyond, from our initial July move to Avalon with our pet friendly apartment, to keeping us in mind when we had mentioned months ago that we would like a 4th floor apartment when they came available. Eric, your professionalism and excellent customer service continues to make living here at Avalon worry free.
