Willie, Maria, and Christina always take care of Any issues here at the upmost prompt time! Maria helps me with everything and is always so happy! Willi helped me with a key issue in minutes! Christina the leasing manager is so kind! They truly are so kind and always here to help at the building!

Willie has painted an accent wall in my apartment, and done a few other maintenance jobs in my apartment and has always done an amazing job! He's very efficient, and super-friendly!

Love the location. Building well maintained. The maintenance team is exceptional and the friendliest group of people. Love seeing them around the building. Really makes a difference compared to other properties I’ve lived at.

The maintenance team here is fantastic. Especially Maria, who has been so kind to me for the the last 2 years. She is quick to respond to request and goes out if her way to fix things before you even know they are broken. The building is always clean and well maintained. Great team overall.

I highly recommend this place. I was debating moving here for a few months as my current living situation was set to expire. Christina went above and beyond to be completely transparent, available, and friendly towards me. You don’t get that at many places in LA these days. I’d also like to add a friend of mine has lived in a 2 bedroom in the building for over two years and loves it. They are nice well maintained units on a quiet street right next to a Trader Joe’s and one of the best sushi places (studio sushi). Highly recommend. Go see Christina and make this your new home!

I love where I live. Eric was so helpful. Maria, the custodian is always helping us. We’ve been in different needs around our apartment and she couldn’t be more helpful. It’s beautiful here. They keep everything nice and clean. I love it.
